Our Story

Organizational History.

World Water Solutions began in 2019 as a vision for practical, Indigenous-led solutions to water access, food security, and community development.

The organization’s early work was paused during the COVID-19 period, but the mission remained active and was reactivated on August 25, 2025, with a stronger structure and a broader international outlook.

Since reactivation, WWS has focused on rebuilding its foundation, strengthening leadership, and preparing for grant-ready operations that can support both local and international impact. The organization is grounded in Native leadership and community service, with a growing footprint in Hawai‘i, the United States, Nigeria, and Africa. Our leadership team combines practical experience, cultural identity, technical skill, and long-term commitment to service.

Geographic Focus

WWS serves Hawai‘i, the United States, and Nigeria, with an expanding footprint in Africa and other underserved communities globally. Our vision is local in practice but global in reach — with solutions designed to be practical, scalable, and culturally appropriate.
